You will need: 250 ml orange juice, 250 ml sparkling mineral water or soda, 250 ml pineapple juice, 30 ml lime juice, 30 ml almond syrup, 30 ml grenadine, ice.
Preparation: Fill glasses with ice and divide all the juice equally. Add almond syrup and grenadine, and stir gently. Top up the cocktail with soda and stir again.
10. Tiki Mai Tai

You will need: 20 ml golden rum, 20 ml dark rum, 20 ml orange liqueur, 15 ml almond syrup, 20 ml lime juice, ice, 1 brown sugar cube, absinthe, 1/2 lime.
Preparation: Shake golden rum, orange liqueur, almond syrup, and lime juice in a shaker. Strain into a tiki glass with ice, and top with dark rum. Place an inverted half of a lime and garnish the glass to your taste. Soak the sugar with absinthe and place the cube on the lime. Light it and serve the cocktail. When the sugar melts, pour it into the glass.
