1. Chicken Soup with Instant Noodles and Vegetables

You will need: 1 chicken fillet, 2 packs of instant noodles, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1 onion, green onions, salt, paprika, ground black pepper, other spices to taste.
Preparation: Cover the chicken with water, bring to a boil, simmer the broth for about 30 minutes over medium heat, then remove and slice the fillet. Separately chop and sauté the vegetables until soft, add them to the boiling broth, season with salt and spices, and return the chicken to the pot.
Cook the soup for another 10 minutes over medium heat. Break the noodles into large pieces, add them to the broth, remove the pot from the heat, cover, and let stand for 5 minutes. Garnish the soup with chopped green onions when serving.

You will need: 4 potatoes, 120 g instant noodles, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, spices.
Preparation: Dice the potatoes, cover them with water or broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Chop and sauté the onion with carrots and garlic, season the sautéed mixture, and add it to the soup.
Add the spices from the instant noodles, bring to a boil, then add the noodles themselves. If needed, add a little more water. Remove the pot from the heat, cover, and let the soup steep for about 5 more minutes.

3. Cheesy Instant Noodle Soup

You will need: 1.5 liters of water or chicken broth, 2 packs of instant noodles, 2-3 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 processed cheese spreads, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Dice the potatoes, cover them with broth or water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat. Chop the onion and carrot, sauté them until soft, and add to the pot. Stir in the grated processed cheese and cook until fully dissolved. Break the noodles, add them to the soup, remove from heat, and leave covered for 5 minutes.

4. Instant Noodle Soup with Egg and Herbs

You will need: 1.5 liters of water or light broth, 2 packs of instant noodles, 2 potatoes, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 egg, 1 bunch of dill, 1 bunch of parsley, 2-3 green onion stalks, 1 clove of garlic, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Dice the potatoes, cover them with water or broth, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. Chop and sauté the onion with carrots and garlic.
Add the sautéed mixture to the soup, cook for another 4-5 minutes, then slowly pour in the egg in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Remove the pot from the heat, add the broken noodles, chopped herbs, salt, and spices. Stir and let steep for 5 minutes covered.
5. Smoked Meat and Instant Noodle Soup

You will need: 120 g instant noodles, 200 g smoked meats, 2 potatoes, 1 tomato, 1 carrot, 1 onion, salt, spices.
Preparation: Dice the potatoes, cover them with water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 10 minutes. During this time, chop and sauté the smoked meats, and separately sauté the chopped vegetables.
Add everything to the soup, season, and cook for another 5-7 minutes. At the end of cooking, add the noodles, remove the pot from the heat, cover, and let steep for 5 minutes.

Preparation: Cover the chicken with water, bring to a boil, simmer for half an hour, then remove and slice the fillet. Chop and sauté the onion with carrots and bell pepper until soft, add tomato paste, garlic, salt, sugar, and spices, and cook for another 1 minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes along with their juice and simmer for another 2-3 minutes. Add the sautéed mixture to the soup, bring to a boil again, remove everything from the heat, add the noodles, and let steep covered.
