1. Strawberry Wine with Raisins

You will need: 3 kg strawberries, 2 kg sugar, 3 liters water, 100 g raisins.
Preparation: Sort the strawberries and blend them. Heat the water and dissolve half of the sugar in it. Mix the syrup with the strawberry puree, add the raisins, pour everything into a sterile container, filling it no more than 3/4. Tie the neck with gauze and leave it for a week in a dark, warm place. Stir the mixture 2-3 times a day.
Filter the mixture, add another 500 g of sugar, and cover the bottle with an airlock or a glove with a hole in the finger. Return it to the same warm, dark place for another 5 days. Then mix 250 ml of the mixture and 250 g of sugar, pour it back into the bottle, and reattach the airlock.
Leave the mixture for another 5 days, add the remaining sugar in the same way, and reattach the airlock. Age the wine for 1-2 months until fermentation stops. Carefully siphon it off the sediment, without disturbing it, bottle it in sterile bottles, and let the wine mature for another 2-3 months, but this time in a cool place.
2. Strawberry Wine with Sugar, No Additives

You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 500 g sugar.
Preparation: Mash the strawberries with sugar using a muddler, put them in a jar, tie with gauze, and leave for 1 week in a warm place. Stir the mixture periodically.
Then strain it through a sieve with cheesecloth, pour into a clean container, and attach a lid with an airlock. Leave the wine for 1 month, filter off the sediment, bottle it in clean bottles, and store in a cool, dark place for another 1-2 months.
3. Strawberry and Berry Assortment Wine

You will need: 800 g strawberries, 700 g mixed berries, 1 kg sugar, 1.5 liters water.
Preparation: Boil a syrup from water and sugar. Mash all the berries, place them in sterile jars, and pour the syrup over them, but not to the brim. Tie with gauze and leave everything in a dark, warm place for a week. Stir 2-3 times a day.
Carefully siphon the wine off the sediment, pour into clean containers, and seal with an airlock. Leave for another 1.5-2 weeks. Again, siphon the wine off the sediment, bottle it in clean bottles, and leave to mature for 2 months in a cool place.
4. Fortified Strawberry Wine

You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 500 ml water, 1 kg sugar, 500 ml vodka.
Preparation: Sort the strawberries, mash them with a muddler, place them in a bottle, cover with sugar, and pour hot water over them. Tie the neck with gauze and leave the mixture in a warm place for 1 week.
Strain the strawberry juice into a clean container, mix with vodka, and let it infuse for another week in a cool place. Filter the wine again, bottle it, and send it to mature for 1-2 months.
5. Strawberry Wine with Lemon

You will need: 3 kg strawberries, 1 lemon, 7.5 liters boiling water, 2.5 kg sugar.
Preparation: Blend the strawberries and mix with boiling water and lemon juice. Pour into a bottle, cover with gauze, and leave in a warm, dark place for a week, stirring a couple of times a day.
Strain the mixture, add sugar, and leave everything for another week, stirring regularly. Filter the wine again, bottle it, and store in a cool, dark place for 2-3 months.
Strain it again as sediment appears. When the sediment finally stops forming, strain the wine one last time, bottle it in clean bottles, and leave it to mature for another couple of months.
6. Strawberry Wine with Wine Yeast

You will need: 3 kg sugar, 5 kg strawberries, 5 liters water, 2 tsp wine yeast.
Preparation: Rinse and dry the strawberries, mix them with half of the sugar, and mash with a muddler. Add water and mix thoroughly. Dissolve the yeast and a spoonful of sugar in 100 ml of warm water, and leave for 20 minutes. Then mix this starter with a liter of the strawberry mixture, pour it into the rest of the mixture, and cover everything with gauze.
Keep the must in a warm, dark place for 5-7 days, stirring thoroughly every day. Strain the mixture, add the remaining sugar, and pour the wine into clean jars. Seal with airlock lids or gloves with a punctured finger.
Leave the wine in the same warm, dark place for 3 weeks. When fermentation stops, siphon the wine off the sediment, bottle it in clean bottles, and send it to mature in a dark, cool place for approximately 3-4 months.
7. Strawberry and Raspberry Wine

Siphon the wine off the sediment, pour into a clean container, cover with an airlock, and leave for another 2 weeks. Again, siphon off the sediment, bottle it, and send the wine to a cool, dark place to mature for 2-3 months.
8. Strawberry and Blackberry Wine
