Aperol and Corona Beer Cocktail – Step-by-Step Recipe

Ingredients

• 100 ml Aperol;
• 500 ml Corona Extra beer;
• 8-10 large ice cubes;
• 2 lime wedges.

Step-by-step recipe

1. Take two tall highball glasses and fill them about halfway with large ice cubes.
2. Pour 50 ml of Aperol into each glass.
3. Slowly add 250 ml of well-chilled Corona Extra beer to each, trying not to create too much foam.
4. Gently stir the resulting cocktail just 1-2 times.
5. Garnish each glass with a lime wedge. Enjoy!
