A quick, convenient, and beautiful dish for dinner or lunch for the whole family.

You will need: 4 bell peppers, 400-500 g ground meat, 100 g rice, 1 onion, 8 tsp sour cream, salt, ground black pepper, spices.

Preparation: Boil the rice until almost done, grate the onion, and mix everything with the ground meat. Season it well and fill the pepper halves with the resulting meat mixture. Then, spread sour cream on them and place them on the lower rack of the air fryer, either all at once or in batches. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (390°F) on high fan speed.

You will need: 1 kg bell peppers, 500 g ground meat, 1 onion, 1 egg, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp soy sauce, spices.

Preparation: Wash the peppers and remove the cores and seeds. Mix the ground meat with chopped onion, raw egg, mayonnaise, soy sauce, and spices. Stuff the peppers with this filling and place them on the lower rack of the air fryer. Bake for about 30 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (350°F), depending on the appliance's power and the size of the peppers.

3. Stuffed Peppers with Rice and Vegetables in an Air Fryer

If you don't need a lean variation, you can additionally sprinkle them with grated cheese.

You will need: 4 bell peppers, 500 g cooked rice, 2 tomatoes, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 onion, 4 tsp capers, herbs, salt, spices, aromatic herbs.

Preparation: Cut the peppers in half and remove the cores. Chop and lightly fry the onion with garlic, add chopped tomatoes with herbs and capers, and cook for another 2 minutes. Then remove the sautéed mixture from the heat, mix everything with the rice, and season the filling. Fill the peppers with it and cook for 10-15 minutes in the air fryer at 210 degrees Celsius (410°F).

4. Lean Stuffed Peppers with Tomato Sauce in an Air Fryer

You can prepare peppers with a meat filling using the same principle.

You will need: 5 bell peppers, 6-7 tbsp rice, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp sour cream, salt, spices.

Preparation: Boil rice until half-cooked, chop and fry the onion with carrots, and mix everything together. Season the filling, cut the peppers in half, remove the cores, and stuff them.

Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket. Mix 1 cup of water with tomato paste, sour cream, and spices, pour over the dish, and cover with foil. Cook for 20-25 minutes at 175 degrees Celsius (350°F), then remove the foil and cook for another 7-10 minutes.

Preparation: Finely chop the chicken fillet, tomatoes, and herbs, and mix everything with yogurt and spices. Stuff the pepper halves with the meat filling and bake them for approximately 30-35 minutes in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F). Sprinkle with grated cheese 5 minutes before the end of cooking.
