At first glance, the recipe might seem complicated, but it's not.

You will need: 1 tomato, 1/2 head iceberg lettuce, 1 bunch green onions, 1/2 bunch watercress, 1/2 head romaine lettuce, 1 lemon, 2 eggs, 6 slices bacon, 1 head frisée lettuce, 2 chicken fillets, 2 avocados, 100 ml wine vinegar, 125 g blue cheese, 100 ml olive oil, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 tbsp sugar, salt, spices.

Instructions: Wash, dry, and roughly chop all lettuce leaves, mix them, and arrange on a plate. Fry bacon until crispy and chop finely. Cut chicken into small pieces, season, and fry in the same pan. Hard-boil eggs, then finely chop yolks and whites separately.

Dice the tomato, chop the green onions, slice the avocado thinly, and drizzle with lemon juice. Arrange all ingredients neatly in rows on the lettuce leaves. Mix oil, sugar, spices, mustard, wine vinegar, and grated blue cheese. Drizzle the Cobb salad with this dressing and serve.

Instructions: Fry and chop the bacon. In the same pan, fry the finely chopped chicken. Hard-boil the eggs and dice all ingredients finely. Chop the green onions and arrange everything in rows on the lettuce leaves. Mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and spices to taste. Drizzle the salad with the dressing.
