A versatile side dish or appetizer – as you wish!

You will need: 400 g Brussels sprouts, 2 tbsp olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, dried garlic, aromatic herbs.

Preparation: Halve the Brussels sprouts and mix them with olive oil, salt, and spices. Then place the mixture in the air fryer basket and bake for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees until nicely browned. If desired, stir once during cooking.

If frozen, thaw them beforehand.

Preparation: Halve the Brussels sprouts, slice the carrot into rounds, and cut the bell pepper into large cubes.
