11. Air Fryer Stuffed Pumpkin

You will need: 1 small pumpkin, 60g cooked chicken, 100g cooked rice, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 onion, 50g mushrooms, 25ml cream, 20g hard cheese, vegetable oil, salt, spices.
Preparation: Cut off the top of the pumpkin and carefully remove the seeds and pulp, leaving the walls with some flesh. Mince and fry the vegetables with mushrooms, and mix them with spices, rice, and chicken.
Stuff the pumpkin with this filling, pour in the cream and 1 spoon of water, drizzle with vegetable oil, and wrap in foil. Bake for 30-40 minutes in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius, then unwrap the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake for another 10 minutes.
