Very versatile for both cake layers and decoration.

You will need: 350 ml milk, 1 egg, 50 g sugar, 2 tbsp starch, 100 g boiled condensed milk, 150 g butter.

Preparation: Whisk the egg with starch and sugar, pour in about a third of the cold milk and mix again until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and, stirring constantly, pour in the egg mixture in a thin stream.

Then place the mixture over low heat, cook until thickened, stirring periodically, then cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface and let it cool to room temperature. Beat the softened butter with a mixer and, continuing to beat, gradually add the boiled condensed milk. Then, in the same way, gradually fold in the custard base. If there are lumps in the cream, strain it through a sieve.

For more original notes, add a spoon of cognac or brandy at the end of cooking.

You will need: 200 g boiled condensed milk, 100 g butter.

Preparation: Beat the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy. Continuing to beat, add the boiled condensed milk one spoonful at a time. Beat the cream for another 15-20 seconds.

You will need: 200 ml 30-35% cream, 100-120 g boiled condensed milk.

Preparation: Whip the cold cream until fluffy, gradually increasing the mixer speed. Add the chilled condensed milk and gently beat the cream until smooth. It's best to do this at low speed or even by hand. Then cover the cream with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.

4. Sour Cream with Boiled Condensed Milk

To get a thicker cream, add a packet of thickener according to the instructions on the package.

You will need: 300 ml full-fat sour cream, 400 g boiled condensed milk, 1 packet vanilla sugar.

Preparation: Briefly drain the sour cream in cheesecloth to remove excess liquid and make it thicker. Then add half of the boiled condensed milk and vanilla sugar, and beat until smooth. Gradually add the remaining condensed milk, adjusting to the taste of the cream.

Both homemade and store-bought condensed milk will work.

You will need: 250 g butter, 250 g boiled condensed milk, 3 tbsp cocoa, 1.5 tbsp cognac.

Preparation: Beat the softened butter with a mixer until fluffy, add the boiled condensed milk and beat a little more. Then, continuing to beat gently, add the cocoa, followed by the cognac.
