You will need: 100 g broccoli, 1 green apple, 1 cucumber, 200 ml water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp grated ginger root.

Preparation: Break the broccoli into small florets and roughly chop the apple and cucumber. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well until smooth.

Perfect for a snack or a light dinner, and they're also convenient to take with you and store in the refrigerator.

You will need: 200 g chicken fillet, 150 g broccoli, 2 eggs, 40 g hard cheese, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 pinch salt, 1 pinch turmeric, 1 pinch dried basil, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Finely chop and fry the chicken fillet in a minimal amount of oil. Break the broccoli into small florets, boil for 3 minutes in boiling water, and drain.

Grate the cheese, whisk the eggs with yogurt, salt, and spices, and mix all ingredients. Pour the batter into muffin molds and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Brush each steak on both sides with this aromatic oil and place on a wire rack. Bake for 15-20 minutes in the oven or air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius. 5 minutes before readiness, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.

Preparation: Blanch broccoli florets for 3 minutes in boiling water. Whisk eggs with salt, ground pepper, and finely chopped garlic. Place broccoli and halved cherry tomatoes in a heatproof dish, pour in the egg mixture, and arrange small pieces of cheese on top. Bake the frittata for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius.
