1. Milk Sponge Cake in an Air Fryer

You will need: 3 eggs, 30 ml vegetable oil, 30 ml milk, 100 g sugar, 100 g flour, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of vanilla.
Preparation: Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg whites with salt using a mixer until stiff peaks form, gradually adding sugar. Separately beat the yolks with vanilla and gently fold the whites into the yolks with a spatula. Gradually add the sifted flour, then pour in the milk and oil.
Gently mix the resulting batter until smooth, pour into a mold, and place it in the air fryer. Be sure to place a rack with parchment paper on top to prevent the top from burning due to the airflow. Bake the sponge cake for approximately 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then for another 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius.

You will need: 150 ml milk, 40 ml vegetable oil, 2 eggs, 300 g flour, 8 g fresh yeast, 1.5 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tsp salt, 300 g ground meat, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, salt, spices.
Preparation: Mix ground meat, chopped onion, garlic pressed through a press, one egg, and spices to taste. Dissolve yeast, a little sugar, and 2 tbsp flour in warm milk and leave this starter in a warm place for half an hour.
Beat the remaining egg with sugar and salt, add vegetable oil, then mix this with the starter. Pour the mixture into the sifted flour, knead the dough, and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour. After that, divide the dough into small balls and leave them for another 15 minutes.
