Beat cottage cheese with vanilla and powdered sugar, add cooled chocolate and beat again. While continuing to beat, pour in the gelatin. Separately, beat cream until stiff peaks form and fold it into the cottage cheese mixture with a spatula. Pour the cottage cheese mixture onto the base and refrigerate the cheesecake overnight.

4. Berry Soufflé with Gelatin

6. Gelatin Marmalade

You will need: 500 g berries, 350 g sugar, 150 ml water, 30 g gelatin.
Preparation: Add 50 ml water to the berries, bring to a boil and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Separately, dissolve gelatin in the remaining water according to instructions. Blend the berries, strain through a sieve, and add sugar.

Divide gelatin into 2 portions of 10 and 15 g, dissolve both portions in a small amount of water according to instructions. Add the smaller portion of gelatin to the cottage cheese, and the larger portion to the carrot mixture.
Mix and spoon both mixtures into a mold, alternating to create patterns. Top with the remaining carrot mixture and refrigerate the cake overnight.
