Preparation: Pour about 1 liter of water over the shrimp, add your favorite spices, and boil for 2-3 minutes after it comes to a boil. Strain the broth and peel the shrimp.
Chop and sauté the onion with bell pepper in butter directly in the pot, then add the shrimp and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Bring the cream to a boil, mix it with cream cheese, pour over the shrimp and vegetables, and simmer gently for a short time. Add the strained broth until the soup reaches your desired consistency and cook everything together for 3-5 minutes.

Preparation: Chop and sauté the vegetables in butter directly in the pot. Add the shrimp and fry for another 1-2 minutes, then pour in the white wine. Reduce it by about half, pour in the broth, bring everything to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes. Blend the soup until smooth and strain it. Pour in the cream, add a few more whole shrimp if desired, season, and cook for a few more minutes.

You will need: 1 chicken fillet, 300 g peeled shrimp, 200 g noodles, 1 L chicken broth, 400 ml coconut milk, 1 package curry paste, 2 kaffir lime leaves, 1 handful dried shiitake or other mushrooms, 2 tsp fish sauce, 1/2 lime, 1 handful mint.
Preparation: Lightly heat the curry paste in a pot, pour in the broth with coconut milk, and bring to a boil. Add kaffir lime leaves and pre-soaked and sliced dried mushrooms.
Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat and add the chicken, cut into strips, to the soup. After another 8 minutes, add the shrimp, and after 2-3 minutes, remove the soup from the heat. Serve with cooked noodles and season with fish sauce, lime juice, and sprinkle with mint.
6. Cream of Shrimp Soup with Cauliflower and Zucchini

You will need: 300 g shrimp, 1 zucchini, 150 g cauliflower, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 2 cloves garlic, 100 ml cream, 50 g hard cheese, 2 L water or broth, 50 g butter, salt, spices.
Preparation: Chop and sauté the onion with carrots in half of the butter, add the chopped zucchini with cauliflower, and fry for a few more minutes. Add the sautéed vegetables to boiling water, cook for 15 minutes, and blend until smooth.
Separately, parboil and peel the shrimp, sauté them in the remaining butter, season, and add to the soup. Pour in the cream, add grated cheese, bring everything to a boil again, and remove from heat.

7. Tom Yum Soup with Shrimp

You will need: 300 g shrimp, 200 g onion, 150 g tomatoes, 20 g chili pepper, 15 g ginger, 2 stalks lemongrass, 100 g mushrooms to taste, 1 handful kaffir lime leaves, 1.3 L water, 100 ml coconut milk, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 4 tbsp fish sauce, 5 tsp lime juice.
Preparation: Peel the shrimp and place their heads in a pot. Add chopped tomatoes, chili, ginger, and lemongrass, cover with water, bring to a boil, and cook the broth for 20 minutes over medium heat. Then strain the broth, discard the heads, and return the other ingredients.
Bring the broth to a boil and add kaffir lime leaves and sliced mushrooms. After 3-4 minutes, add the shrimp, lime juice, coconut milk, fish sauce, and sugar. Cook the soup for another 3 minutes and serve.
