4. Deviled Eggs with Red Caviar

You will need: 6 eggs, 4 tbsp red caviar, 50 g cream cheese, herbs.
Preparation: Boil and halve the eggs. Mash the yolks with cream cheese using a fork, add chopped herbs, and fill the egg white halves with the mixture. Top with red caviar.

5. Baked Salmon with Rosemary

You will need: 500 g salmon fillet, 2 cloves garlic, 2 sprigs rosemary, 1 lemon, 1.5 tbsp olive oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Slice half of the lemon thinly, and squeeze the juice from the other half. Place a sprig of rosemary and a few lemon slices on foil, lay the salmon fillet on top, and drizzle with olive oil. Salt, pepper, and sprinkle with garlic. Arrange the remaining lemon and rosemary, wrap the foil, and bake the fish for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

You will need: 300 g smoked chicken, 2-3 tomatoes, 200 g hard cheese, 2 handfuls croutons, garlic, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Chop all ingredients, mince the garlic, and dress the salad with mayonnaise. Just before serving – add the croutons so they don't get soggy quickly.
10. Ham and Bell Pepper Salad

13. Dried Fruit and Nut Candies

You will need: 100 g dried apricots, 100 g raisins, 100 g prunes, 100 g walnuts, 1-2 tbsp lemon juice, 2-4 tbsp honey, sesame seeds or shredded coconut for coating.
Preparation: Rinse and dry the dried fruits, chop the nuts. Pass everything through a meat grinder or blend with a blender. Add lemon juice and honey to taste, form into candies, and roll them in the coating.
