You will need: 3 eggs, 120-150 ml milk, 50 g hard cheese, 50 g bell pepper, 20 g tomatoes, 25 g green beans, 4 sprigs of herbs, 20 g butter, salt, spices.
Preparation: Blanch green beans in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes. Chop all vegetables and herbs, grate the cheese, and whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and spices. Fold the grated cheese into the egg mixture. Sauté the bell pepper and green beans in butter until soft, pour the egg mixture over them, add the tomatoes, and sprinkle with herbs. Cook the omelet covered over medium heat until done.
2. Toast with Egg and Avocado

You will need: 2 slices of bread, 2 eggs, 1 avocado, 10 g seeds, 20 g cilantro, 1 lemon, 1 lime, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Mash the avocado flesh with a fork and add lemon juice, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped cilantro. Boil or fry the egg, and toast the bread in a pan. Spread the avocado mixture on the bread, top with the egg, and sprinkle with seeds.
3. Oatmeal with Nuts and Dried Fruits

You will need: 5 tbsp rolled oats, 500 ml milk, 1 handful dried fruits, 1 handful nuts, 1 tsp sugar, 1 pinch salt.
Preparation: Heat milk on the stove, add oats, and bring to a boil. Then add salt and sugar, reduce heat, and cook the porridge for a few minutes until done. Chop the nuts and rinsed dried fruits, then add them to the oatmeal when serving.
4. French Toast

You will need: 6 slices white bread, 3 eggs, 100 ml milk, 2-3 tbsp sugar, 1 pinch salt, butter.
Preparation: Whisk eggs with milk, sugar, and salt. Dip bread slices into this mixture and fry in butter until golden brown.

5. Egg in a Hole Toast

You will need: 1 thick slice of bread, 1 egg, 25 g hard cheese, 2 sprigs of herbs, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Cut out a portion of the bread's crumb and fry the slice until golden on one side. Flip it, lightly brown, then crack an egg into the hole. Sprinkle with grated cheese and spices, and fry for about 2 minutes over medium heat. Then cover the pan and cook until done, and finally, sprinkle the dish with chopped herbs.
6. Quick Pancakes

You will need: 1 egg, 100 ml milk, 120 g flour, 30-50 g sugar, 5 g baking powder, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, vanilla sugar, salt.
Preparation: Whisk the egg, add the remaining ingredients, and mix the batter until smooth. Fry the pancakes on a dry pan over medium heat.
7. Egg Muffins with Sausage and Cheese

You will need: 3 eggs, 50 ml milk, 50 g sausage, 50 g hard cheese, salt, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop the sausage, grate the cheese, and thoroughly mix all ingredients. Bake the muffins for approximately 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
8. Croque Monsieur French Toast

You will need: 8 slices of toast bread, 150 g ham, 100 g hard cheese, 25 g Parmesan, 100 g butter, 40 g flour, 300 ml milk, 1 tsp Dijon mustard, salt, ground black pepper, ground nutmeg.
Preparation: Lightly fry the flour in melted butter, gradually pour in the milk, and cook this sauce until smooth and thickened, stirring continuously. Finally, add Dijon mustard and spices.
Spread 4 slices of bread with the prepared sauce, place a slice of ham on each, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Top with the remaining bread slices and sprinkle with cheese again. Bake the toasts for 5-6 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius.

9. Banana and Cottage Cheese Smoothie

Preparation: Put all ingredients into a blender and blend thoroughly. Adjust consistency with milk or yogurt. You can also use plant-based milk.
10. Toast with Peanut Butter

11. Egg Envelopes with Ham and Cheese

You will need: 4 eggs, 100 g cheese, 100 g ham, herbs, salt, spices.
Preparation: Grate the cheese, and cut the ham into thin strips or grate it too. Whisk the eggs with salt, spices, and chopped herbs. Pour the egg mixture onto a heated pan, fry for about 2 minutes, then flip.
Cook for another 1 minute, add ham and cheese to the center, and fold into an envelope. Press it down with a spatula, flip again, and cook for another half minute. The number of envelopes depends on the number of eggs and the diameter of the pan.
12. Lavash Roll with Salmon

You will need: 1/2 sheet lavash, 200 g lightly salted salmon, 1 cucumber, 50 g cream cheese, dill, spices.
Preparation: Mix cream cheese, chopped dill, and spices, and generously spread this mixture on the lavash. Add pieces of salmon and cucumber, and roll it up. Cut it in half for convenience.

13. Hot Sandwiches with Sausages and Eggs

You will need: 1 slice of bread, 1 egg, 60 g sausages, 25 g hard cheese, 20 g butter, salt, spices.
Preparation: Grate the cheese and sausages on a coarse grater, then mix them with spices. Brush the slice of bread with melted butter on both sides and place on parchment paper. Spread the filling, make a well in it, and crack an egg into it. Bake the sandwich for 15 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Flip the boat, make a small indentation in the center with a spoon, and place the yolk there. Sprinkle everything with the remaining cheese and cook until done under a lid for another 3 minutes.

Preparation: Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, egg, and spices, then add flour. Pour the mixture onto a cold, oiled pan. Arrange tomato and sausage slices, sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with a lid, and cook the pizza for approximately 15 minutes over medium heat.

17. Scrambled Eggs with Sour Cream and Cheese

Add the rolled oats, mix, and let the mixture sit for 7-8 minutes, then fry one large oat pancake on both sides in a pan over medium heat. Separately mix the cottage cheese with the remaining sugar and salt, slice the other half of the banana, and place them on the finished oat pancake before serving.
