1. Fried Cauliflower in Egg Batter

The most popular and classic recipe, time-tested.

You will need: 500 g cauliflower, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp flour or starch, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Break the cauliflower into florets and parboil them for 3-4 minutes in boiling water. For frozen florets, you can simply blanch them with boiling water.

Let them cool slightly, and meanwhile, whisk the eggs with salt, ground black pepper, and flour until smooth. Dip the cauliflower florets in batches into this batter and fry on all sides over medium heat. To remove excess oil, place them on paper towels.

An even simpler and quicker dish, though it's hard to get simpler.

You will need: 300 g cauliflower, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp butter, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Break the cauliflower into florets and parboil them for 3 minutes in boiling water. Melt butter in a skillet and fry the cauliflower on all sides. Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, pour over the cauliflower, stir, and cook for another 4-5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Cauliflower Omelet in a Skillet

If you like, add some herbs or grated cheese.

You will need: 300 g cauliflower, 3 eggs, 100 ml milk, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Break the cauliflower into florets and parboil them for 3-4 minutes in boiling water. Separately, whisk the eggs, milk, salt, and ground pepper. Lightly fry the cauliflower, then pour the egg mixture over it, cover with a lid, and cook the omelet until done for 7-10 minutes over low heat.

This dish is somewhat reminiscent of shakshuka and is excellent for breakfast.

You will need: 400 g cauliflower, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 2 eggs, 2 green onion stalks, 10 g ginger root, 1.5 tbsp sesame oil, 1.5 tbsp soy sauce, curry, spices, herbs.

Preparation: Break the cauliflower into florets and fry them for a few minutes over high heat, stirring. Add chopped bell pepper, carrot, and ginger, cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour in soy sauce, season, and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Then stir, make wells, and crack the eggs into them. Cook the dish covered until the eggs reach your desired doneness, then sprinkle with herbs and drizzle with sesame oil.

5. Cauliflower with Tomatoes and Eggs in a Skillet

A similar recipe, but now with tomato notes.

You will need: 300 g cauliflower, 3 tomatoes, 1 bell pepper, 1 onion, 4 eggs, herbs, salt, turmeric, paprika, dried garlic, other spices to taste.

Preparation: Chop and fry the onion with bell pepper for a few minutes, stirring. Add finely chopped tomatoes and simmer for 3-4 minutes covered. Season, mix well, and leave the sautéed vegetables for another 5 minutes over low heat.

Then pour in 50 ml of water, add cauliflower florets, and simmer for another 15-20 minutes covered. Crack in the eggs, cover the skillet again, and cook until the eggs are done. Sprinkle the finished dish with chopped herbs.

6. Fried Cauliflower with Bell Pepper, Egg, and Cheese

You will need: 400 g cauliflower, 1 bell pepper, 2 eggs, 50 g sour cream, 50 g hard cheese, salt, paprika, turmeric, other spices.

Preparation: Parboil cauliflower florets for 3-4 minutes in boiling water and drain them. Cut the bell pepper into strips, whisk the eggs with sour cream, salt, spices, and grated cheese. Fry the pepper for a few minutes, add the cauliflower, and pour the egg mixture over everything. Cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs set.

A complete main course for lunch or dinner.

You will need: 1 chicken fillet, 400 g cauliflower, 1 onion, 2 eggs, 120 ml milk or cream, salt, spices, aromatic herbs.

Preparation: Chop and fry the onion until translucent. Finely chop and add the cauliflower, cook for 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring.

Then add chicken fillet pieces and continue to fry over high heat until the color changes. Season and pour milk over everything, bring to a boil, and simmer for another 7-8 minutes covered over medium heat. Crack in the eggs, increase the heat again, and fry until done, stirring.

You will need: 300 g cauliflower, 300 g potatoes, 1 onion, 3 eggs, 50 g hard cheese, 50 g sour cream, vegetable oil, salt, spices.

Preparation: Chop and fry the onion in vegetable oil until translucent, add diced potatoes and fry for another 5 minutes, stirring. Add small cauliflower florets and continue to fry for the same amount of time.

Season everything to taste, pour in 100 ml of water, and simmer for 10-12 minutes covered over low heat. After that, add grated cheese and eggs whisked with sour cream. Stir and cook the vegetables for another 5 minutes until the eggs set.
