You will need: 200g pasta, 1 chicken fillet, 150g sun-dried tomatoes, 1 onion, 250ml cream, 80g Parmesan, 2 cloves garlic, 3 sprigs basil, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper, Provence herbs.

Preparation: Chop and mix the chicken fillet with minced garlic, salt, ground pepper, and Provence herbs. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes. Separately, finely chop the onion, slice the sun-dried tomatoes into strips, grate the cheese, and roughly chop the basil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

Sauté the chicken with onion in olive oil until golden brown. Add the tomatoes, cook for 5 minutes, stirring, then pour in the cream. Simmer for 5 minutes over low heat, then mix the pasta with the resulting sauce and heat everything together for another 2 minutes. Serve the pasta on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan and basil.

Add the pasta to this sauce, pour in two spoonfuls of the cooking water from the pasta, and simmer everything together until excess moisture evaporates. Season and sprinkle the finished pasta with crumbled feta.
