Preparation: Grate the zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture. Add the egg, flour, chopped herbs, salt, and spices to taste. Heat oil in a skillet, spread the mixture into a flatbread, and fry until golden brown on both sides. Then reduce the heat and arrange tomato slices on the pizza base. Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes.
