You will need: 200g potatoes, 100g carrots, 100g onions, 100g tomatoes, 100g frozen green peas, 80-90g ptitem, green onions, salt, spices.

Preparation: Dice all vegetables and sauté the onion and carrots until soft directly in the pot. Add potatoes, cover with water, and boil for 10-15 minutes after coming to a boil. Then add green peas, tomatoes, and ptitem to the soup, season with salt and pepper, and cook until done. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions.

2. Ptitem and Chicken Soup

An unusual recipe because it also includes cabbage.

You will need: 400g chicken, 250g cabbage, 200g potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 tbsp ptitem, salt, spices.

Preparation: Cut the chicken into large pieces, cover with water, bring to a boil, and simmer for 45-50 minutes over low heat to make broth. Then remove the chicken and separate the meat from the bones.

Chop and sauté the onion and carrot until soft, then add this sautéed mixture along with shredded cabbage to the boiling broth. Cook everything together for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Add potatoes and chicken meat to the pot, and after another 10 minutes, add the ptitem. Season with spices and salt, and continue to cook the soup for 8-10 minutes.

3. Ptitem Soup with Bell Pepper and Celery

You will need: 1 chicken fillet, 1 bell pepper, 1 celery stalk, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 100g ptitem, 3-4 cloves garlic, 1 piece fresh ginger, salt, paprika, ground black pepper, aromatic herbs.

Preparation: Chop and sauté the onion, carrot, celery, and bell pepper until soft directly in the pot. Then add the diced chicken fillet and fry for a few more minutes until it changes color, and finally, add grated ginger and minced garlic.

Season with salt and spices, cover with hot water, bring to a boil, and cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Next, add the ptitem and cook the soup for another 12-15 minutes, then let it steep for a bit under the lid.

4. Creamy Mushroom and Ptitem Soup

You will need: 500g mushrooms, 1 onion, 100g ptitem, 150ml cream, salt, spices.

Preparation: Slice and sauté the onion and mushrooms until golden, pour in 1 liter of water, and bring to a boil. Add ptitem and spices, cook the soup for about 10 minutes covered over low heat, then pour in the cream and heat for another 1 minute.

You will need: 300g ground meat, 100g ptitem, 200g canned tomatoes in their own juice, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 clove garlic, salt, paprika, dried basil.

Preparation: Chop and sauté the onion, garlic, and carrot until soft, add the crushed tomatoes with their juice, and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season the ground meat, form small meatballs, cover them with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 7-8 minutes. Add the sautéed vegetables and ptitem to the soup and cook until the pasta is done.

6. Ptitem Soup with Zucchini and Green Beans

Preparation: Slice the carrot and bell pepper into strips, mince the garlic, and grate the ginger. Sauté everything until lightly browned, stirring, then pour in the broth and season. Bring the soup to a boil, add ptitem, and continue cooking until it's done. Then add the peeled shrimp, pour in the soy sauce, and cook the soup for another 2 minutes.
