Preparation: Mix mayonnaise, grainy mustard, soy sauce, and a few drops of lemon juice for the dressing. Slice, salt, pepper, and fry the chicken fillet until cooked through.
Separately slice and toast baguette slices in a pan. Arrange cabbage leaves, fried chicken on them, and drizzle with sauce. Add thin tomato slices and sprinkle the finished bruschettas with grated Parmesan.

Preparation: Mix mayonnaise or yogurt, mustard, soy sauce, and a few drops of lemon juice. Sauté shrimp with minced garlic in olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

You will need: 1 baguette, 200 g smoked chicken, 4 cocktail tomatoes, 50 g Parmesan, 20 g lettuce, 50 g mayonnaise, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Mix mayonnaise, pressed garlic, half of the grated Parmesan, mustard, lemon juice, and a little ground pepper.
Slice the baguette, drizzle with olive oil, toast until golden, and spread with the prepared sauce. Thinly slice the smoked chicken and tomatoes, and arrange them along with the lettuce on the bruschettas. Drizzle everything with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan.

4. Caesar Bruschetta with Classic Sauce

You will need: 1 baguette, 100 g chicken fillet, 100 g Napa cabbage or Iceberg lettuce, 40 g Parmesan, 3/4 cup Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp milk, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp minced anchovies, 3 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup almonds, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Mix Greek yogurt, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, 2 minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, milk, salt, ground black pepper, and most of the grated Parmesan – this is your sauce.
Fry the chicken fillet until cooked through and cut into small pieces. Mix the fried meat with chopped cabbage, chopped almonds, and part of the sauce. Almonds are optional, but they will make it very tasty.
Slice the baguette, brush with a mixture of olive oil and the remaining garlic, and toast for about 12-15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Top with the salad mixture, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and garnish with Parmesan shavings.
