This popular dish has many variations, and this one is among the most interesting. Country-style chicken and potatoes in an air fryer are usually prepared with garlic, but if you don't like this addition, feel free to omit it! We'll tell you the recipe details!

Prep time: 50 minutes.
Servings: 4.

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillet or thigh fillet;
  • 400 g potatoes;
  • 1 clove garlic;
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika;
  • salt to taste.

Step-by-step recipe

  1. Cut the chicken into large pieces. Cut the potatoes into wedges; you can leave the skin on. Place the meat and potatoes in a deep bowl.
  2. Add the minced garlic, spices, soy sauce, salt, and vegetable oil. Mix well, cover with cling film, and let marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. After marinating, line the air fryer basket with a paper liner and spread out the mixture.
  4. Country-style chicken and potatoes cook for about 25-30 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius on the "Grill" setting. Once or twice during this time, open the air fryer and gently stir the ingredients.
