You will need: 1 mullet, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp paprika, ground coriander, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Gut the fish and cut it into large pieces. Mix soy sauce, olive oil, and all the spices, thoroughly coat the mullet with the resulting marinade, and place it in the air fryer basket. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. The cooking time may vary depending on the air fryer's characteristics and the size of the pieces.
