Fruits and berries retain maximum vitamins, and preparation takes only a few minutes. The main thing is to store it in a dark, cool place, or even better, in the refrigerator. We're sharing 20 wonderful recipes!
1. No-Cook Gooseberry Jam

You will need: 600 g gooseberries, 4 tbsp lemon juice, 1-1.2 kg sugar.
Preparation: Trim the stems from the gooseberries, then mash the berries into a puree using any method. Add lemon juice and sugar, and let the mixture sit for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Once the sugar has dissolved, transfer the jam to sterilized jars.
2. No-Cook Raspberry Jam

You will need: 1 kg raspberries, 1 kg sugar.
Preparation: Thoroughly mash the raspberries with sugar using any convenient method, let sit for 30 minutes, and stir again. Transfer the mixture to sterilized jars, sprinkle a little more sugar on top to create a sugar seal, close, and store the jam.
3. No-Cook Plum Jam

You will need: 1.5 kg pitted plums, 1 orange, 1/2 lemon, 1.5 kg sugar, 2 pinches ground cinnamon.
Preparation: Peel the citrus fruits and chop all the fruits. Pass them through a meat grinder and add sugar with cinnamon. Mix the jam thoroughly until the sugar dissolves and transfer everything to sterilized jars.
4. No-Cook Lemon Jam with Honey and Ginger

You will need: 8 lemons, 500 g ginger, 800 g honey.
Preparation: Thoroughly wash and roughly chop the ginger and lemons with their peels. Using a blender or meat grinder, process the mixture until smooth. Add honey, mix thoroughly, and transfer the jam to sterilized jars.
5. No-Cook Strawberry Jam

You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 1 kg sugar.
Preparation: Wash the strawberries, remove the leaves, and mash the berries until smooth with a potato masher or blender. Thoroughly mix the prepared berries with sugar, let sit for 2 hours, and stir again. Transfer the resulting no-cook jam to sterilized jars.
6. No-Cook Wild Strawberry Jam

8. No-Cook Feijoa Jam with Walnuts

You will need: 1 kg feijoa, 100 g walnuts, 1/2 lemon, 1 kg sugar.
Preparation: Blanch the lemon with boiling water and chop it with the peel. Similarly, roughly chop the feijoa and pass everything through a meat grinder or blend. Separately chop the walnuts into coarse crumbs. Mix everything with sugar and let sit until it dissolves. Transfer the resulting no-cook jam to sterilized jars.
