You will need: 1 pike perch carcass, 1 onion, salt, bay leaf, fish spices, aromatic herbs.

Preparation: Mix all spices to taste. Gut the fish and place spices, bay leaf, and onion feathers into the belly. If you have time, let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours. Then place the pike perch on the lower rack of the air fryer, belly up, and bake for 20 minutes at 220-240 degrees.

You will need: 1 pike perch carcass, 1 lemon, 1 chili pepper, 2 bunches dill, 2 cloves garlic, 2 cm ginger root, 3 tbsp soy sauce, ground black pepper, ground coriander.

Preparation: Fillet the pike perch and place it in the air fryer dish, preferably lined with foil or parchment paper. Chop the dill, half of the ginger, garlic, and chili, mix everything, and sprinkle over the fish. Arrange thin lemon slices on top and bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

During this time, chop and lightly sauté the remaining ginger, garlic, and chili, pour in the soy sauce and a little lemon juice, heat for 1 minute, and remove the sauce from the heat. Pour it over the cooked fish and serve.
