Ingredients
- 3 onions;
- 5-6 cloves of garlic;
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 2 teaspoons sweet paprika;
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Peel and slice the onions into thin half-rings. Lightly crush them with your hands to release their juice.
- Peel and press the garlic cloves, then add them to the onions.
- Pour in the vegetable oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Add salt, sweet paprika, coriander, oregano, and ground black pepper.
- Mix the marinade thoroughly until the spices are evenly distributed.
- This prepared marinade is enough for approximately 2 kg of pork neck shish kebab. Marinate the meat for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight in the refrigerator.
