You will need: 1 duck, 1-1.5 kg potatoes, 2 onions, vegetable oil, spices.

Preparation: Cut the duck into serving pieces, lightly fry until golden, and set aside. Slice the onions into rings, fry until golden in the same pan, and transfer them with the remaining oil to the Afghan kazan. Arrange the duck, sprinkling it with spices to taste, add potatoes on top, and pour in a glass of water. Season again, close the kazan, and cook everything together for 1.5 hours over low heat.
