Separate the egg whites from the yolks and rub the yolks with the remaining sugar. Beat 3 egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form; the last one is not needed here. Add the yolks to the starter, then the softened butter, and then gently fold in the egg whites.
Add the remaining flour, knead, and leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour. Add the washed raisins and zest, knead the dough again, and place it into the multicooker bowl. Turn on the warming mode for 10 minutes, then the baking mode for an hour and a half.

You will need: 200 ml cream, 7 g dry yeast, 550 g flour, 150 g sugar, 3 eggs, 100 g butter, 1 g vanilla, 1 pinch salt, 150 g raisins, 120 g candied fruits, 1 tbsp cognac.
Preparation: Mix warm cream, yeast, a spoonful of sugar, and 4 spoonfuls of flour. Leave in a warm place for half an hour. Soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes and pat dry. Chop candied fruits. Whisk eggs, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Combine this with the starter and gradually add the remaining flour.
Knead the dough and place it in the multicooker for 1.5 hours at 35 degrees. Add cognac, raisins, and candied fruits, knead again, and place in the multicooker for another half an hour at 35 degrees. Without opening the lid, turn on the baking mode for 1.5 hours.
