Preparation: Mix rolled oats, chopped nuts, raisins, cinnamon, salt, and sesame seeds. Mash the banana with a fork, heat coconut oil with maple syrup and vanilla, and thoroughly mix everything together. Combine both mixtures, stir well, and spread the granola onto parchment paper. Bake it for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, stirring every 7-10 minutes, then let it cool.
