1. Lapshnik with Cottage Cheese

You will need: 350 g cooked pasta, noodles, or vermicelli, 200 g cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp sour cream, 3 tbsp sugar, 1 pinch of salt.
Preparation: Whisk one egg with sugar and salt, mix with mashed cottage cheese, and whisk again. Add the noodles, mix the mixture, and transfer everything to a baking dish. Mix the second egg with sour cream, pour the resulting mixture over the lapshnik, and bake for about 30-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Lapshnik with Minced Meat

You will need: 350 g vermicelli or noodles, 300 g minced meat, 1 onion, 2 eggs, 120 g sour cream, 100 g hard cheese, salt, spices.
Preparation: Chop and fry the onion with the minced meat until cooked – this will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Boil and rinse the noodles, mix the sour cream with the eggs, and combine all ingredients. Season and place the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake the lapshnik for 25 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

3. Skillet Lapshnik

You will need: 150 g noodles or vermicelli, 4 eggs, vegetable oil, salt, spices.
Preparation: Boil and cool the noodles, whisk the eggs with spices, and mix everything together. Heat an oiled skillet, place the lapshnik in it, cover with a lid, and cook for 8-10 minutes over low heat. Then carefully flip it over and cook for another 7-8 minutes.

You will need: 300 g cooked pasta or noodles, 2-3 eggs, 1 cup milk, sugar, salt, spices.
Preparation: Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, salt, and spices to taste. Place the cooked pasta in a heatproof dish, pour the mixture over it, and bake the lapshnik for 20 minutes in an air fryer at 190 degrees Celsius.

5. Lapshnik with Boiled Meat

You will need: 200 g noodles or pasta, 200 g boiled meat, 1 onion, 1 egg, 50 ml milk, 50 g sour cream, butter, salt, spices.
Preparation: Boil and mix the noodles with a spoon of butter. Finely chop the boiled meat or pass it through a meat grinder. Chop and fry the onion until soft, whisk the egg with milk, mix everything with the meat and noodles, and season to taste. Place the mixture in a heatproof dish and spread with sour cream. Bake the lapshnik for 35-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

6. Sweet Lapshnik with Cream

You will need: 300 g noodles, 200 ml cream, 2-3 eggs, 40 g butter, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 pinch of salt, vanilla.
Preparation: Boil and mix the noodles with butter. Whisk the cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt, mix everything together, and place in a baking dish. Cook the lapshnik for approximately 30-40 minutes in the oven at 180-200 degrees Celsius.
7. Lapshnik with Minced Meat and Tomato

You will need: 200 g thin noodles or vermicelli, 400 g minced meat, 1 onion, 3 eggs, 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp tomato paste, herbs, salt, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop and fry the onion until soft, add the minced meat to it, and cook for another 5-7 minutes. Then add tomato paste, chopped herbs, 100 ml water, salt, and spices to taste, simmer for another 2 minutes, and remove from heat.
Mix the dry vermicelli with the meat, transfer everything to a baking dish, pour the mixture of beaten eggs and mayonnaise over it, and bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

8. Cheesy Lapshnik
