You will need: 120 g chicken fillet, 80 g hard cheese, 1 onion, mushroom stems, mayonnaise or sour cream, salt, spices.

Preparation: Boil, bake, or cook the chicken fillet in any convenient way beforehand, then chop it finely. Mince and fry the onion with the mushroom stems. Grate the cheese, then mix the filling with sour cream or mayonnaise.

Aromatic and rich filling with a bright garlic flavor.

You will need: 150 g hard cheese, 3 tbsp butter, 2-3 cloves garlic, salt, spices.

Preparation: Grate the cheese, press the garlic, and mix everything with softened butter and spices. Add chopped mushroom stems to the filling if desired.

Preparation: Grate the cheese finely, press the garlic, and chop the herbs. Mix everything with beaten eggs and half of the breadcrumbs, season, and fill the mushroom caps with the resulting mixture. Then sprinkle them with the remaining breadcrumbs and be sure to bake them in the oven until cooked through.

4. Minced Meat Filling for Mushrooms

Equally good with chicken, beef, or pork mince.

You will need: 200 g minced meat, 3 green onion stalks, 2 cloves garlic, salt, spices.

Preparation: Mince the green onion with garlic, mix everything with the minced meat, and season. If you wish, add finely chopped mushroom stems. These mushrooms must be baked!

5. Vegetable Filling

A completely lean recipe – without eggs or cheese.

You will need: 1 small bell pepper, 1 tomato, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 1 tbsp soy sauce, mushroom stems, salt, spices, aromatic herbs.

Preparation: Finely chop all vegetables and fry them for 5 minutes, stirring. Add finely chopped mushroom stems and fry for another 5 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce, season, and gently heat the filling a little more.

6. With Feta and Tomatoes

Instead of feta, you can also use halloumi or another similar cheese.

You will need: 2 tomatoes, 150 g feta cheese, 100 g olives, 1 onion, mushroom stems, herbs, salt, spices.

Preparation: Finely chop and fry the mushroom stems with the onion. Mince the olives, tomatoes, and herbs, crumble the feta cheese, and mix the filling.

Preparation: Mince and fry the mushroom stems with garlic. Boil and grate the eggs, grate both types of cheese in the same way, dress everything with mayonnaise, and season the filling.

Preparation: Boil, peel, and finely chop the shrimp. Mince and fry the mushroom stems, separately mince the parsley. Grate the hard cheese and mix all the ingredients for the filling together with the cream cheese and mustard.
