You'll need: 500g mushrooms, 100g carrots, 100g tomatoes, 80g onions, 80g bell peppers, 2 cloves garlic, 15ml soy sauce, spices.
Instructions: Finely chop the vegetables and mushroom stems, and sauté everything together for about 10 minutes over low heat until soft. Season the resulting filling to taste, pour in the soy sauce, and simmer for another 2 minutes. Stuff the mushroom caps and bake them for 10 minutes in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius.
