3. Grilled Mushrooms in Lemon Juice

You will need: 500 g mushrooms, 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt, spices, aromatic herbs.
Preparation: Mix vegetable oil, lemon juice, and all spices with aromatic herbs. You can also add a little lemon zest. Marinate the mushrooms in this mixture for 30 minutes, then grill until cooked through.
4. Grilled Mushrooms with a Cheese Crust

You will need: 400 g mushrooms, 200 ml heavy cream, 150-200 g hard cheese, 2 tsp smoked paprika.
Preparation: Mix cream and grated cheese, bring to a boil, and stir until the cheese dissolves. Sprinkle the mushrooms with paprika, let sit for 10 minutes, then dip each one into the cheese sauce. Grill the mushrooms on skewers for about 7-8 minutes.

5. Grilled Mushrooms with Vegetables

You will need: 600 g mushrooms, 3-4 bell peppers, 2 leek stalks, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 8 tbsp olive oil, spices to taste.
Preparation: Cut the mushrooms in half, dice the bell peppers into medium cubes, and slice the white part of the leeks into medium half-rings. Separately mix olive oil, soy sauce, and any favorite spices. Marinate the vegetables and mushrooms in this marinade for 1-2 hours, thread everything onto skewers, and grill for 3 minutes on each side.
