You will need: 1.5 kg beef, 300 g lard or bacon, 500 g smoked meats, 7-8 potatoes, 6 tomatoes, 3 bell peppers, 3 carrots, 3 onions, 2-3 heads of garlic, 2 bunches of herbs, salt, paprika, spices.

Preparation: Soak dried meat and carrots in hot water for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a cauldron and add dried meat and minced meat. Season and immediately add carrots along with the water they were soaked in.

Stir thoroughly and gradually add all vegetables except tomatoes, continuing to stir. Simmer the mixture for 10 minutes and add tomatoes with noodles. Cover the lagman with a lid and cook for another 15 minutes over low heat.

Bring the porridge to a boil, salt, season, and add the previously prepared fried mixture. Cook until the porridge is done, stirring occasionally.
