You will need:
For the dough: 150 ml water, 300 g flour, 1 tsp salt.
For the filling: 300 g beef, 100 g onion, 10 g cilantro, spices.

Preparation: Knead a firm dough from all ingredients. Finely chop or mince the beef and onion, add chopped herbs and spices. Divide the dough into pieces, roll thinly, spread the filling, and fold the flatbreads in half. Fry the chudu on a dry pan on both sides until characteristic spots appear.

You will need:
For the dough: 700 g flour, 400 ml water, 25 ml vegetable oil, 1 tsp salt.
For the filling: 600 g beef, 300 g potatoes, 350 g onions, 3 g each of salt, coriander, cumin, and ground black pepper, 200 ml water, 1 bunch of herbs, 1 egg yolk, 5 g butter.

Preparation: Pour oil and water into sifted flour with salt, knead the dough, and let it rest for 20 minutes. Mince the beef and onion, chop the herbs, and finely dice the potatoes. Mix everything together, season, pour in water, and thoroughly mix the minced meat.

Divide the dough into 6 balls: 3 larger and 3 smaller. Roll out the larger balls into a round flatbread and spread the filling. Roll out the smaller balls, cover on top, and beautifully twist the edges into a braid to form a closed pie.

Make a hole in the center. Brush the chudu with egg yolk and bake all three flatbreads for about 30 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Then immediately lightly sprinkle the chudu with water and brush with melted butter.
