Lagman is prepared with meat and vegetables, and traditionally, the noodles themselves were hand-pulled without any special tools. We're sharing 15 of the most delicious recipes!

You will need: 350 g noodles, 500 g pork, 3 bell peppers, 1 radish, 2 onions, 1 can tomatoes in their own juice, 2 carrots, 1 bunch of herbs, 3 cloves garlic, 500 ml water or broth, spices.
Preparation: Cook the noodles until done, drizzle with oil, and divide into bowls. Cut the pork into medium pieces, and all vegetables into strips. Fry the pork until golden brown, then add the fresh vegetables. Fry for another 5 minutes.
Add the crushed tomatoes with their juice to the meat, and simmer for a couple more minutes. Add garlic, spices, and water, and cook the lagman over low heat, covered, for 30-35 minutes. Pour over the noodles and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
3. Lagman with Chicken and Zucchini

You will need: 400 g noodles, 2 chicken fillets, 2 onions, 3 carrots, 1 bell pepper, 4 tomatoes, 3 potatoes, 1 zucchini, 2 celery stalks, spices.
Preparation: Cut the chicken into medium pieces, potatoes, zucchini, and tomatoes into cubes, and the rest of the vegetables into strips. Separately cook the lagman noodles and arrange them on plates.
