7. Lazy Cookies

You will need: 150 g butter, 3 eggs, 1.5 cups sugar, 2-2.5 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder or slaked soda, salt, spices.
Preparation: Knead the dough from all ingredients, gradually adding flour. Spoon the thick dough onto parchment paper and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
