You will need: 300 g cottage cheese, 1 banana, 1 egg, 100 g flour, salt, sugar, vanilla.

Preparation: Mash the banana and thoroughly mix all ingredients until smooth. Form the lazy vareniki in any convenient way and boil them in simmering water until cooked.

2. Lazy Khachapuri

Only 10-15 minutes – and it's ready! How much easier can it get?

You will need: 200 g Suluguni or other cheese, 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 cup flour, 0.5 tsp baking powder, salt, sugar.

Preparation: Grate the cheese and thoroughly mix all ingredients. Fry the khachapuri in an oiled pan with a lid over low heat, but flip after 7-8 minutes and fry for another 2-3 minutes.

A quick and hearty dinner that even a child can handle.

You will need: 5 tbsp sour cream, 5 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tomatoes, 150 g sausage, 200 g hard cheese, ketchup.

Preparation: Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, eggs, and flour. Pour the dough into an oiled pan, spread with ketchup, and arrange tomato slices and sausage or other toppings. Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook the pizza for 10 minutes with a lid over medium heat.

Preparation: Mix dry and liquid ingredients, combine both mixtures, and divide into two oiled mugs. Cook the cakes for 1.5 minutes in the microwave at 700 W.

You will need: 50 g rolled oats, 300 ml ryazhenka, milk, yogurt, or kefir, 1 banana, 30 g honey, 50 g dried apricots.

Preparation: Pour a third of the ryazhenka into jars and add half of the rolled oats, then half of the sliced bananas and dried apricots. After that, add honey, and then repeat all layers. Pour the remaining ryazhenka over the oats, close the jars, and refrigerate overnight.

7. Lazy Cookies
