We've put together a large collection of recipes for you on what to make with red or green gooseberries. Before using, sort the berries and snip off the stems!
1. Emerald Gooseberry Jam

You will need: 2 kg gooseberries, 1.4 kg sugar, 100 g cherry leaves, 500 ml water.

Preparation: Beat soft butter with powdered sugar until fluffy using a mixer. While continuing to beat, add eggs one by one. Gradually add flour and baking powder, then mix in lemon juice and zest. Place the gooseberries in a baking dish and pour the batter over them. Bake the pie for approximately 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.

5. Vegetable Salad with Gooseberries
