Preparation: Finely chop all spices and separately grate the ginger, mince the garlic and chili. Sauté garlic, chili, and ginger in oil for 1 minute, add the spices, and after another minute, add the chopped mangoes, salt, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Bring the sauce to a boil and simmer for 1 hour over low heat. Can in sterilized jars or simply let cool.

You will need: 2 mangoes, 150 g sugar, 1 tbsp lemon juice.

Dice the mango and apple, and mix them with the remaining sugar and starch. Place half of the dough into a mold, add the filling, and then – the remaining dough. Bake the muffin for 45-50 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
