Brush a sheet of phyllo dough with this liquid, place the filling along one edge, and roll it up.

Coil the roll into a spiral and place it in a baking dish. Do the same with the remaining phyllo sheets, wrapping the rolls around the spiral until the dish is full. Mix the remaining egg and yogurt, and brush the börek. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Bake for 30-35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
