Preparation: Chop the herbs and onions, mix them with the minced meat, and season the filling to taste. Roll out most of the pastry into a heatproof dish, forming edges. Add the filling, cover with the remaining puff pastry, pinch the edges, and bake the pie for 30 minutes in the oven at 180-200 degrees.

Preparation: Whisk the cottage cheese with lemon juice and sugar using a mixer. Unroll the puff pastry with the narrow side facing you, conceptually divide it into three parts, but do not cut it. Make diagonal cuts on each side part from the center to the edge to later fold the pie.

Place the cottage cheese filling in the center, and put the jam on top. Fold the pie with the cut strips in a braid pattern, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
