You will need: 400 g 9% cottage cheese, 3 tbsp sour cream, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp starch, 3-5 tbsp sugar, 3-4 figs.

Preparation: Blend the cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, and sugar until smooth. Stir in the flour, mix, and pour the batter into a baking dish. Top with fig slices and bake the casserole for 30-40 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

You can add any spices to the jars to your taste. But store this preserve in a cool place!

You will need: 250 g figs, 1 tsp sugar, 0.25 tsp salt, 2 tbsp 6% vinegar, 150 ml water, 3 clove buds, 6 black peppercorns, 2 bay leaves.

Preparation: Place whole, washed figs into a clean jar and pour boiling water over them for 10 minutes. Then drain the water, add all the spices, salt, and sugar, and bring to a boil again. Pour in the vinegar, pour the resulting marinade over the figs, and seal for winter.

Preparation: Halve the figs. Whisk soft butter with sugar using a mixer, add milk with egg and whisk again. Sift in the dry ingredients and mix. Pour the batter into a baking dish and press the fig halves into it. Bake the pie in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, then for another 40 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

You will need: 7-8 figs, 4 eggs, 50 g butter, 150 g sugar, 2 tsp baking powder, 150 g flour, 100 ml 33-35% cream, 100 g almonds.

Preparation: Rub together butter and 100 g sugar, beat in 2 eggs and mix. Add flour, baking powder, and knead the dough. Roll it out into a baking dish and form edges.

Whisk cream with the remaining sugar using a mixer, add 2 eggs and whisk again. Stir in the almonds, crushed into crumbs. Arrange fig quarters on the dough base, pour the filling over them, and bake the pie for 35-45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
