Grate the cheese, thinly slice the cucumber, chop the herbs, then mix everything with the yolks and a small amount of mayonnaise. Salt and spoon the filling into the egg white halves.

Spread the filling onto a sheet of lavash, roll it tightly, wrap it in cling film, and refrigerate for 1 hour. If there's any filling left, wrap it in a second lavash.

5. Tomatoes Stuffed with Cottage Cheese and Herbs

Preparation: Finely chop the herbs and green onion. Press the garlic through a press and mix everything with cottage cheese and sour cream, salt and pepper. Cut off the tops of the tomatoes, scoop out the pulp with a spoon, and stuff the tomatoes with the prepared cottage cheese filling.

After that, peel off the skin and remove the seeds, then cut into wide strips. Mix cream cheese, chopped walnuts, minced herbs, and garlic pressed through a press. Salt, pepper, and roll the filling in the pepper strips.

You will need: 1 kg chicken breasts, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp salt, 1 tsp paprika, aromatic herbs and spices to taste.
Preparation: Dissolve 2 tbsp salt in 1 liter of water, place the chicken in it and leave for 2-3 hours, then pat dry with paper towels. Tie the breasts with kitchen twine to form a single piece of pastrami.
Mix olive oil and all spices, and thoroughly rub the meat with this mixture. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius, then turn off the oven and leave the pastrami inside for another 2 hours.

You will need: 800 g ground chicken, 100 g broccoli, 100 g bell pepper, 1 egg, 50 ml 33-35% cream, 50 g hard cheese, salt, spices.
Preparation: Whisk the egg with cream, grate the cheese, mix everything with the ground chicken and season. Add chopped bell pepper and small broccoli florets, mix again and press the mixture into a foil-lined mold.
Fold the loose edges of the foil to cover the top of the terrine. Bake for about 1 hour in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, but be sure to unwrap the foil 15 minutes before the end of cooking. After that, let the terrine cool and slice it.
