Preparation: Boil or bake the chicken fillet and cut it. Boil the eggs, separate the yolks from the whites, and grate them separately. Grate the cheese and peeled apples in the same way, and chop the walnuts using any convenient method. Layer the egg whites, chicken, apples, cheese, yolks, and walnuts. Spread yogurt between the salad layers.

You will need: 300 g chicken fillet, 200 g iceberg lettuce, 12 cherry tomatoes, 200 g white bread, 100 g Parmesan cheese, 50 ml olive oil, 1 egg, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tsp mustard, 1 tsp sugar, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Dice the bread and fry it in a small amount of oil with a crushed garlic clove. Prepare the chicken fillet using any convenient method – boil, bake, or grill.

Pour boiling water over the egg for 2 minutes, then crack it into a blender. Pour in olive oil, add mustard, sugar, the second garlic clove, 20 g grated Parmesan, a little salt, and ground pepper. Blend everything until a smooth sauce forms.

Arbitrarily chop the iceberg lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes, and arrange everything beautifully on plates. Sprinkle with croutons and grated Parmesan, and drizzle with sauce. Serve the salad.
