1. Ptitim with Shrimp in Cream Sauce

An exquisite dinner for the whole family, made quickly.

You will need: 200 g ptitim, 150-200 g peeled shrimp, 40 g Parmesan, 200 ml 20% cream, 3 cloves garlic, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Lightly fry minced garlic in olive oil, add ptitim and fry for 2-3 minutes, stirring. Pour in 200 ml of water, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes over low heat. Then pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and bring the dish to a boil. Add the shrimp and grated Parmesan, stir and cook for another 5 minutes.

If you wish, use a frozen vegetable mix to your taste.

You will need: 200 g ptitim, 200 g peeled shrimp, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1 tomato, 1 celery stalk, 1 onion, 150 ml cream, 40 g Parmesan, vegetable oil, salt, spices.

Preparation: Cook ptitim according to package instructions. Mince and fry onion, carrot, celery, and bell pepper until soft. Add shrimp and diced tomato, season and fry for another 2 minutes. Pour in the cream, bring to a boil, and add the ptitim. Simmer the dish for 2-3 minutes and sprinkle with grated Parmesan at the end.

3. Ptitim with Mushrooms and Shrimp

You will need: 200 g ptitim, 180 g peeled shrimp, 150 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 200 ml cream, 1 clove garlic, herbs, vegetable oil, salt, spices.

Preparation: Mince and fry onion with mushrooms until cooked, set aside, and in the same pan, fry shrimp with garlic. Return the mushrooms, pour in the cream, season with salt and spices, and simmer for 5 minutes. In the meantime, cook ptitim according to package instructions, mix it with the sauce, and heat for another 1 minute.

4. Ptitim with Shrimp in Tomato Sauce

An interesting blend of culinary traditions.

You will need: 200 g ptitim, 180 g peeled shrimp, 50 g sun-dried tomatoes, 50 g tomato paste, 150 ml cream, 100 g mozzarella, butter, salt, spices.

Preparation: Fry shrimp in butter and set aside. In the same pan, mix tomato paste, cream, and spices, add ptitim and pour in about 400 ml of water. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes, then add shrimp, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, and grated mozzarella. Stir and heat the dish for a few more minutes.

5. Ptitim with Spinach and Shrimp

Frozen spinach will also work.

You will need: 200 g ptitim, 200 g shrimp, 100 g spinach, 200 ml cream, 100 g hard cheese, 2 cloves garlic, vegetable oil, salt, spices.

Preparation: Cook ptitim according to package instructions, and peel and fry shrimp with minced garlic. Add ptitim and spinach to the shrimp, season with salt and spices, and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring. Then pour in the cream and cook until it is absorbed. Sprinkle the finished dish with grated cheese and serve.
