You will need: 150 g boiled sausage, 2 eggs, 250 g cucumbers, 100 g radishes, 150 g sour cream, 25 g green onions, 1/2 bunch dill, 1 liter ayran, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Grate cucumbers and radishes on a coarse grater, finely chop dill and green onions. Mix everything with sour cream, salt, and ground pepper, and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Separately boil, peel, and dice the eggs. Dice the sausage in the same way, mix all ingredients, pour cold ayran over the okroshka, and let it steep for 20 minutes before serving.

You will need: 300 g boiled sausage, 3 potatoes, 3 eggs, 8 radishes, 3 cucumbers, 30 g dill, 50 g green onions, 800 ml ayran, 1.5 tsp mustard, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Boil potatoes and eggs in advance so they cool down. Separate yolks from whites and mash yolks with mustard using a fork. Dice the remaining ingredients and finely chop the herbs. Mix everything together, season with salt and pepper, and pour cold ayran over the okroshka.

You will need: 150 g boiled sausage, 4 eggs, 1-2 potatoes, 100 g radishes, 2 cucumbers, 30 g green onions, 20 g dill, 1 tbsp mustard, 0.5 tbsp lemon juice, 500 ml ayran, 750 ml mineral water, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Boil potatoes and eggs in advance. Mash yolks with mustard and lemon juice using a fork. Finely chop all ingredients, including the herbs. Combine everything and pour cold ayran and mineral water over the okroshka.
