Preparation: Season the steaks with salt and pepper, then fry them on both sides until golden brown in a small amount of vegetable oil. Once the meat is browned, set it aside.
Add butter, crushed garlic, and thyme to the same pan and cook the aromatic oil for 1 minute, stirring. Then return the pork steaks and fry for another 3 minutes on each side in this mixture. If the thyme and garlic start to burn during cooking, remove them.
