Lemon is a classic addition to any fish.

You will need: 400 g tuna steaks, 1 lemon, 20 ml olive oil, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Slice the lemon thinly, place the slices on the tuna steaks, and leave for 15-20 minutes. Afterward, remove the lemon, season the fish with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and place on a preheated pan. If the pan is not non-stick, grease it with additional oil.

Sear the tuna pieces for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat, then drizzle the cooked steaks with lemon juice and let them rest for a few minutes. A properly cooked steak will be light and browned on the outside, but remain pink and tender on the inside.

The important secret to this recipe is a blend of two oils.

You will need: 400 g tuna steaks, 2 cloves garlic, 2 chili peppers, 2 sprigs rosemary, 10 ml olive oil, 10 g butter, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Crush the garlic, slice the chili peppers lengthwise, and strip the rosemary leaves from the stems. Lightly sauté all of this in a mixture of the two oils, then add the tuna steaks. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes, constantly basting them with the oil from the pan. Afterward, place the steaks on a paper towel to remove excess oil, and the dish is ready to serve!

You will need: 2 large tuna steaks, 200 g cherry tomatoes, 100 g black or green olives, 1/4 cup dry white wine, 1 sprig rosemary, 2 cloves garlic, olive oil, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Heat a pan with oil, add the tuna steaks, and sear until they lighten in color. Then flip them and cook for another 1-2 minutes, then add the sliced cherry tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and pour in the wine.

Cook everything together for 1 minute uncovered and then about 3 minutes covered over medium heat. Flip the steaks again, cover, and cook for another 2 minutes. Next, add the olives, garlic, and rosemary, and heat everything for another 2 minutes uncovered.
