You will need: 400 g tuna steaks, 2 cloves garlic, 2 chili peppers, 2 sprigs rosemary, 10 ml olive oil, 10 g butter, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Crush the garlic, slice the chili peppers lengthwise, and strip the rosemary leaves from the stems. Lightly sauté all of this in a mixture of the two oils, then add the tuna steaks. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes, constantly basting them with the oil from the pan.
