Preparation: Sear the tuna medallions in a pan with olive oil for 1-2 minutes on each side. Add chopped tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and pour in the dry white wine. Cook for 1 minute uncovered, then for another 3 minutes covered over medium heat. Then flip the medallions, continue to simmer for another 2 minutes, and then add olives, garlic, and rosemary. Heat everything together for 2 minutes uncovered and serve.
