Preparation: Season the trout with salt and spices to taste. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, half of the minced garlic, and part of the rosemary, and marinate the steaks for 30 minutes in this mixture. Then fry them until golden brown and set aside.
Pour the cream into the same pan. Add salt, sugar, the remaining garlic and rosemary, and simmer the resulting sauce until slightly thickened. If it's too thin, thicken it with flour. Place the steaks in the sauce and cook everything until done under a lid over low heat.
