Then remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes.

3. Charlotte with Caramelized Apples in an Air Fryer

You will need: 2 apples, 3 eggs, 50 ml milk, 50 ml sour cream, 50 ml vegetable oil, 140 g sugar, 200 g flour, 1.5 tsp baking powder, 30 g butter, 10 ml lemon juice.
Instructions: Peel and slice the apples, place them in a pan, and add lemon juice, butter, and 20g sugar. Cook the apples for 3-5 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once they are slightly caramelized, let them cool.
Separately, whisk eggs with the remaining sugar and pour in milk, vegetable oil, and sour cream. Gradually add flour with baking powder. Pour the resulting batter into a baking dish, arrange the caramelized apples on top, and cover with foil. Cook for 40 minutes in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius, then remove the foil and bake the charlotte for another 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Instructions: Whisk eggs with sugar until fluffy using a mixer and gently add flour with baking powder. Peel and chop the apples, mix them with cinnamon, and then fold everything into the batter.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius, but remove the foil after 20 minutes. If the charlotte is too browned but still moist inside, reduce the temperature to 170-180 degrees Celsius.
